Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping fee may vary depending on the location. You may check our rates as you checkout.


What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards. We also accept Paypal so you wont’ need to enter your credit card details on our website.


How protected is your payment system?

All transactions are secured and encrypted. We don’t store any of your payment or credit card information.


When will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link on the email you’ve provided. Please always check your SPAM folder for our emails.  


Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders can only be done within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If not, you must wait until you receive your package and send it out for returns.


When will I receive my item?

Nobody wants to receive their items late. We at Estella Gift will always ensure that you receive them ASAP!


Shipping usually takes about 2-3 weeks from your purchase date but can also be as early as within a week depends really on your location! However, delays may result from holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or courier delays.


Do you accept returns/exchange?
