Only items that are damaged and/or defective are eligible for exchange. If you feel like the items you received are damaged or defective, kindly contact us right away with the details of the product and the defect. All defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired under manufacturer’s warranty if found eligible after conducting a thorough investigation.
Estella Gift reserves the right to refuse or issue a refund/replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage due to customer mishandling after delivery.
Only cancellations made within 24 hours from the time of purchase will be honored unconditionally. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your order to arrive before you can send it back to us to refund.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
